As our sales representative will always set up the contract for the first time, however at any time you can change many different aspects of your contract, we are here to help you if needed and if you have any special requests.

Describe your business, and add a contact number, website, and business hours all on your business profile! Available only with any of the stations you are actively advertising on, and you have control to Enable or Disable your Business Profile on the Business Directory!

We offer On-Air Advertising for all our stations on the EVO Radio Network. This includes an audio Advertisement of 15 - 30 seconds, website and radio app advertisements for each station. We charge ONLY by the airplay of the On-Air Advertisement, prices vary due to station performances and listener peak hours. Our website and radio app advertisements can be in these formats png – jpg – gif, and will support links to your website or social media page.

All our stations can host contests for giveaways, these are AMAZING for companies who want to sponsor a contest or create one. Contests will allow direct contact with our listeners that creates memories that can lead to more sales or exposure for your business. Contests can vary in price due to the requirements of said contract.

We offer two Show Sponsorships types: Website Endorsements will display your company on KEY areas of our station's websites, these are areas where our visitors are more likely to click on and visit your website. On-Air Endorsements includes Website Endorsements as well as a 10 - 15 second audio clip that says your company name, services and contact information. These will be airplay during the selected show. Show Sponsorships are charged by the month and prices vary due to station performances, show types and listener peak hours.

EVO Radio does not take any commission for any sales made off these placements. Your marketplace is accessed through your Business Profile and will ONLY appear on the Radio Stations Websites that you are actively advertising on! Add unlimited Marketplace Placements, edit them at any time, upload a product or service image or link an image off your website, add a placement name, description, price and currency, add a link to your website and choose the best fitting button! Contracts can be put on HOLD, saving you time and money during contract setup. This option is great for advertisers who are seasonal or only want to advertise at certain times of the year. When you put your contract on hold you will lose all your advertisement spots and show sponsorships however you will retain all your files. You will be invoiced on the next Billing Cycle for that month's occurring airplay. All contracts can be cancelled at any time WITHOUT any cancellation fees. Cancellations CAN NOT BE UNDONE!

Advertisement spots are at a premium on our network as we only have 300 spots across five categories on each station. Our station uses one advertisement from each category to build a five advertisement block. Our categories are based on our list of business types, all similar business types are grouped together ensuring that there are no competing companies on the same advertisement block.

At any time you can freeze your advertisement spot from airplay and the time limit will vary from 5 to 15 days depending on your contract. Your advertisement spot will expire after you reach the time limit. This option is great for companies on a budget or having a temporary slowdown in business. You can reactivate your advertisement spot at any time before it expires.

Payment Frequency CAN NOT be changed once this is set in the contract. We invoice on the first of each month or quarterly on the first of these months: January, April, July and September. Contract Fees are only charged if the contract is actively advertising on the network. Contracts that are in a Pending State or On Hold State will not be subject to contract fees. On each Billing Cycle, we check to see what stations you are actively advertising on, any station that is not active on your contract will be reset in the terms and pricing agreements set by each station. If you are not actively advertising on the EVO Radio Network your contract will be cancelled automatically on the next selected Billing Cycle.

Payments will be required within the time limit that is set on the contract. This option CAN NOT be changed once the contract is started. Contracts have a default of 15 days before EVO Radio takes action if payment exceeds this limit. (If your invoice date is January 1, 2021, you have till January 15, 2021, to make your payment.) Upon contract set up, you will have the option to change this limit that suits your company the best. These are the actions that will be taken if an outstanding payment exceeds the payment required limit: We will freeze your contract, On-Air Advertisements will be stopped on the network, all show sponsorships will be cancelled. On your account, you will be prompted to make your payment before the cancellation date. If no payment was made by the cancellation date we will be forced to cancel your contract, you will still be charged for that month's occurring airplay, and contest sponsorships. There are no refunds or deals if we cancel your contract, all outstanding payments must be paid in full before you can restart an advertising contract with us. Account restrictions will be applied and any outstanding payments will be subject to our collection services.

While your contract is active or on hold, our system will keep all your advertising files on our main server that will be accessible for your contract operations. However, after a contract is cancelled we only keep your files on our local server for select contracts. At any time you can download your files and we highly recommend that you download them. There is no cost to download these files as they are yours after you have paid for them.
